Description
Position Overview
Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Café Tango! We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Sales Operations Intern to help take things to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming questions and manage leads through our sales inbox and inbound sales phone line.
  • Process SAP orders.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Sales to coordinate signage requests.
  • Follow up on unsigned and unfinished E-contracts to get them ready for review.
  • Coordinate machine removals and reconcile mis-orders.
  • Individually call store managers to help prep chains for project rollouts.
  • Assist with material and pallet prep during peak tradeshow season.
  • Complete specialty projects and assignments to assist our sales teams (phone audits, divestment follow ups, sequencing lead lists, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
  • You have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Having prior knowledge of HubSpot, Smartsheet, and Nextiva
