Looking for more than an internship? At BCM One, you'll gain hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop skills that will prepare you for your future career.
As a Revenue Operations & CRM Intern, you'll work directly with our CRM Administration and Revenue Operations teams to improve the systems, data, and processes that power our sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise CRM platforms, revenue operations strategy, data governance, process optimization, and emerging AI-driven business tools.
Work Locations: We are looking for candidates local to the Alpharetta Georgia area who are interested in working a hybrid/remote schedule. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
What You'll Do
  • Support CRM data quality, maintenance, and reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems.
  • Partner with the CRM Admin team to document CRM processes, workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.
  • Assist with CRM optimization initiatives, including field cleanup, governance standards, and object reviews across our six CRM platforms.
  • Help test, validate, and troubleshoot CRM integrations and data synchronization activities.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that improve CRM consistency, user experience, reporting accuracy, and sales team productivity.
