Job Title: Civil Engineering InternLocation: Indianapolis, INPosition Summary The Civil Engineering Intern will assist the civil engineering team with project design and construction documents while gaining hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with preparation of civil engineering plans, details, exhibits, and construction documents.Support engineering calculations, quantity takeoffs, reports, and project research.Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.Participate in site visits and field investigations as needed.Work with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to support project deadlines.Learn and utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Previous AutoCAD or Civil 3D experience is a plus.
