Location: Old Greenwich, CT or West Palm Beach, FL

The Role: WorldQuant is seeking an exceptional individual to join our CIO Management Team as a Quantitative Project Management Intern. This is a unique opportunity for a highly analytical, motivated individual with a strong interest inย finance, global markets, and technologyย to gain hands-on experience supporting key initiatives across the investment organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a research-oriented mindset and a genuine curiosity for solving complex problems. They should be a self-starter, thoughtful collaborator, and creative problem-solver who is energized by challenging, open-ended work.ย Basic experience with Python and Jupyter notebooks is beneficial.

This role has potential to go full-time following the twelve-week internship.

  • Support of management teams on strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives
  • Help align project deliverables with broader program goals and outcomes
  • Design, build, and enhance systematic project dashboards
  • Perform analysis, reporting, and tracking across key initiatives
  • Support new program development including requirements analysis, team formation, and working group management
  • Assist with cross-project resource planning and management
  • Identify risks, surface issues, and help drive solutions
  • Support stakeholder communication and cross-functional problem-solving
  • Help refine newsletter generation and broader content creation processes

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering)
    • Expected graduation by the end of 2026
  • Financial market knowledge is a must
  • Interest in the Finance/Tech industry
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgement, with close attention to detail
  • Mature, thoughtful, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Basic experience with Python and Jupyter notebooks

The Hourly Range For This Position Is $65.00 - $75.00 USD.
