Position: Project Manager

Our client is a well-established industrial, civil, commercial, and mechanical contractor. Known for its ability to work within operating facilities without disrupting production, they partner with engineering and design firms and deliver highly coordinated, phased construction solutions.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through successful completion. This role is responsible for managing scheduling, cost control, documentation, subcontractors, and field coordination across public bid and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and specialty trades to ensure quality performance and schedule adherence
  • Review and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, subcontracts, and close-out documentation
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with internal teams, field personnel, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with public bid requirements, contract documents, and company standards
  • Monitor project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and change order management
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers and mentor them professionally to support growth and performance
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and design partners when required
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure project work is performed in compliance with safety policies
