A well-established 25+ year General Contractor — growing fast in Commercial Multifamily and Student Housing — is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team.


This role is built for someone currently working as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM who's ready to grow into full Project Management. You'll work directly alongside an experienced PM on ground-up, wood-frame multifamily and student housing projects — learning the full buyout-to-closeout process with real mentorship behind you.
