Job Summary
**This is a 1099 Contract Position
We are seeking a skilled Project Management Trainer to facilitate comprehensive training sessions covering a range of project management topics. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in delivering PMP exam preparation courses, as well as introducing foundational principles and advanced concepts in project management. The Project Management Trainer will guide participants through interactive sessions aimed at enhancing their project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in project management across various industries. This position is a remote, independent contractor role.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to teach project management principles, processes, and best practices in accordance with the PMBOK Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge).
  • Create and deliver comprehensive course materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and quizzes, to support the learning objectives of each training session.
  • Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of diverse audiences, including individuals with varying levels of project management experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants throughout their preparation for the PMP certification exam, including answering questions, clarifying concepts, and offering study tips and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in project management practices, methodologies, and industry trends, and incorporate relevant updates into training curriculum as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions delivered, participant attendance, and feedback received, and provide regular reports to management on training effectiveness and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving training content, delivery methods, and overall customer satisfaction.
