Job description

Join a dynamic and growing team specializing in plumbing and HVAC projects across both construction and service departments. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation through completion. This position offers the opportunity to lead multiple concurrent projects, drive operational excellence, and make a measurable impact on project outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to structured project management practices that deliver results for clients and the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for assigned plumbing and HVAC projects, ensuring disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Conduct thorough project kickoffs to align stakeholders and set clear expectations before work begins
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution controls
  • Monitor job cost performance and ensure projects remain within budget
  • Manage labor productivity and material usage to optimize project efficiency
  • Identify and document scope changes promptly, ensuring all changes are priced, approved, and billed appropriately
  • Maintain accurate change order logs and provide visibility into outstanding items
  • Coordinate closely with the Construction Director and Service Director to align resources and timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, providing regular updates to operations leadership

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical contracting
