Job description

An electrical contracting company is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on federal or commercial project work across central and coastal North Carolina. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows how to keep a job site running safely, on schedule, and to code.
Electrical Foreman Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on active commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings
- Coordinate daily work assignments and keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and quality standards
- Communicate progress and issues with project managers and general contractors
- Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce compliance
- Track materials, tools, and equipment needs for the crew
- Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices on site
Electrical Foreman Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as an electrical foreman
- 5 or more years of progressive electrical experience overall
- Experience on commercial and industrial projects exceeding a contract value of over $1M
