Responsibilities
The Global Brand and Communications Operations team identifies and implements the processes, insights, and efficiencies to help the Global Brand and Communications team operate smoothly and at scale. The team works across both Global Comms and Global Marketing to provide strategic, operational and administrative support. The team serves as a liaison to key XFN partners, including Procurement, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources, as well as operationally manages the press inbox and provides media and social analysis insights related to company announcements. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities - Support management of global press inboxes to organize information, distribute to relevant departments, manage spam, report relevant emails to other departments - Track industry and competitive news to ensure the Global Comms team and XFN partners are aware of the latest media cycles - Produce executive-level reports - Support research-focused projects to help prep executives/leaders for meetings - Maintain operational documents and provide summary reports to analyze operations - Support additional projects/initiatives within Global Brand & Comms Operations team as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (preferred majors: Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Basic analytical skills, with familiarity in synthesizing media/social trends or industry news (experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, or social listening platforms is a bonus). Preferred Qualifications: - Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working across cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) and adapting to dynamic project needs. - Passion for brand communications, media, and digital platforms (knowledge of TikTok's ecosystem or global media landscapes is highly desirable).
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
