The Position

Join our Global Clinical Operations team as a Global Clinical Operations Intern and play a vital role in transforming clinical trial delivery to improve the lives of patients and caregivers. In this role, you will collaborate across a dynamic, low-hierarchy environment that empowers individuals and prioritizes continuous personal growth. You will work directly with global cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives in pharmaceutical product development.

  • Prioritize patient, investigator, and site needs by building peer-to-peer relationships to foster efficient, patient-centric operations.

  • Implement simplified, high-impact processes to advance personalized healthcare solutions.

  • Drive cross-functional communication and identify new opportunities for innovation in a global matrixed environment.

  • Collaborate with internal partners and external bodies while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety guidelines using a risk-based approach.

Who You Are

  • You are currently pursuing a Master's program in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization, Biotechnology or closely related field.

  • You thrive in collaborative, complex, and matrixed global environments where authority is shared.

  • You possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage clinical operations projects effectively.

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and embody core values of integrity, courage, and passion.

  • Term & Location:12-month full-time internship starting January 2027 in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days in office)
