Role and Responsibilities: As a Project Leader at SFBLIC, you'll spearhead key strategic projects, guiding them from conception to completion. This role is a unique opportunity to not only manage your own project but also to support larger initiatives under the mentorship of experienced Project Managers and Senior Leaders.   • Manage project artifacts, DevOps boards, and maintain effective communication channels with teams.
  • Monitor, track, and communicate project risks and issues, escalating them to management and executives when necessary.
  • Guarantee the productivity, quality, and predictability of the team's project work, as well as the stability and satisfaction of the team. Implement corrective actions with internal teams and vendors, and escalate unresolved issues as required.

Qualifications:
  • Individuals with a 4-year college degree (BS/BA) and a passion for project management.
  • Those holding or pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification are highly preferred. PMP required for Project Manager
  • Candidates with a minimum of 3 years in IT or project team experience, or 5 years within our company, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and processes.
  • Aspiring leaders with a knack for analytical thinking and problem-solving.
