Primary Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing small to medium-scale construction and business initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. This role collaborates cross-functionally with various business units, and external partners to drive project execution, optimize resource allocation, and maintain alignment with company objectives. The Project Manager also supports key organizational initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and business transformation efforts, by ensuring seamless project planning and implementation.


Essential Functions

Project Leadership & Execution

• Define and manage project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Implement project management processes and best practices to drive efficiency and success.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation planning to proactively address potential challenges.
• Maintain project governance, ensuring timely updates, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Resource Management

• Act as a primary liaison between project teams, business leadership, and external vendors.
• Coordinate both technical and non-technical resources, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants to support project execution.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction and business integration efforts.
• Support data migration, system transitions, and process alignment.

Governance & Best Practices

• Develop and maintain key governance documents, such as Initiative Status Reports and Communication Plans.
• Ensure adherence to standardized project management methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$735,300.00 - $106,590.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
