Job Summary
Are you a hands-on problem-solver looking for an exciting career opportunity? We're seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to join our growing team! As a Lead Restoration Technician, you'll be responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. 
In this role, you'll work closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. You'll also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other things. 
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in fast paced, ever-changing environments. You'll also need to be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions to ensure that projects are completed.

Responsibilities
  • Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites 
  • Extract standing water if needed
  • Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans  
  • Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
  • Assisting Project Forman with job site production  
  • Maintaining job site safety 
  • Execute job action plan for restoration production 
  • Contents manipulation 
  • Working in confined spaces including heights 
  • Utilization of power tools 
  • Assist with warehouse duties
  • Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
  • Identify and place drying equipment
  • Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors  
Qualifications
  • Paid training available at no cost
  • Must have Valid Drivers' License
  • Must pass background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to Main Office
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
  • Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
  • Working in a team environment
  • Working in tight or confined spaces
  • On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/after-hours work)
