Job description

We are actively hiring Senior Project Schedulers and Project Schedulers to support large-scale biotechnology and life sciences projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, while partnering with project managers, engineering teams, construction teams, CQV personnel, and client stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

These positions will be embedded on the Owner's Project Management Team, providing scheduling and project controls support from the client/owner perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Monitor schedule performance and provide forecasting, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and mitigation opportunities.
  • Coordinate schedule updates across multiple project disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Support project planning, reporting, and project controls activities.
  • Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
  • Ensure alignment between project scope, milestones, budgets, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience developing and managing project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and critical path analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, or capital projects preferred.
  • EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) experience strongly preferred.
  • CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) experience is a plus.
  • Operational Readiness experience is a plus.
