Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us.
About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support field administration for a major construction project. The successful candidate will assist with contract administration, monitor on-site work, coordinate with project teams, and support quality control and project documentation throughout construction.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-time field administration for the assigned project.
  • Monitor and inspect contractor work on site.
  • Assist with contract administration and project coordination.
  • Support quality control and construction documentation.
  • Track construction progress and report project issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project staff.
  • Assist with scheduling, field reporting, and project closeout.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the general construction industry.
  • Experience with construction administration, field monitoring, or inspection.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on site during active construction.
  • Familiarity with quality control, field reporting, and contractor coordination.
Preferred:
  • New York State Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
