FMH Conveyors is searching for a Project Manager to join our Operations team! 

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work closely with multiple departments to create comprehensive action plans to meet budget and timeframes for projects.
  • Ability to perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and tracking orders from onset to completion to delivery.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, both internal and external, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary
  • Evaluate and assess potential problems and proactively work to identify and implement creative solutions.
  • Plan and manage project schedules and ensure proper communication to all departments
  • Track current projects and proactively coordinate updates to keep workflow on track with internal/external teams and customers
  • Ability to work within an ERP system (Epicor) to enter and/or track orders.
  • Ability to work with various project managers to ensure resources arrive on-site as scheduled.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or Business
  • 2-4 years working in manufacturing and assisting in project execution role
  • Experience with vendor compliance, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.  On occasion, the colleague may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. 

The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
