JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects.

  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to support on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective execution.

  • Support site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

  • Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals, contracts, and change orders.

  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment needed for project completion.

  • Maintain communication with clients, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.

  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts in the field.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and confirm adherence to design requirements.

  • Support management of subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work.

  • Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Promote and support adherence to all safety protocols on the job site.

  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on progress and challenges.

  • Assist with project closeout and evaluation to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in construction project management or related role
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Procore
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
