Project Engineer

Summary
The Project Engineer owns the technical execution of liquids projects from order entry through shipment, ensuring systems are designed and delivered to meet customer requirements.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Take technical ownership of projects following handoff and serve as the primary technical resource
  • Ensure project scope, requirements, and performance criteria are clearly understood and executed
  • Provide design direction and review engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P amp;IDs, and system layouts
  • Oversee vendor submittals and support component selection to ensure technical alignment
  • Partner with Project Management to support procurement, fabrication, testing, and scope changes
  • Support installation, commissioning, and customer-facing technical activities as needed
Systems You’ll Work On
  • Liquid Processing Systems: pumps, tanks, mixers, heat exchangers, and process skids
  • Liquid Packaging Systems: filling, dosing, capping, labeling, and integrated packaging lines
Experience and/or Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience required; preferably in in capital equipment, liquids processing, packaging, automation, or industrial manufacturing
  • Experience with PFDs, P amp;IDs, and technical documentation is required
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar, is required
