Job SummaryLoenbro is currently looking for a Project Engineer to join the team. You will be a key member of our project management team, responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of mission-critical and data center projects. Your expertise in electrical engineering and project management will contribute to the successful execution of projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your electrical engineering knowledge to design, review, and ensure the proper installation of electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and issues as they arise during the project, proposing effective solutions.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide technical support and expertise as needed.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in the electrical construction industry or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
