What you'll do

Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and support proposal preparation and fee development efforts
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards
Support and mentor junior engineers and team members
Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in civil engineering design
Experience producing site development plans for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects
Experience managing civil site development projects in a consulting environment
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
Strong leadership abilities and experience working within project teams
