Job Title: Principal Project Engineer / Engineering Project Lead

Position Summary

Seeking experienced Project Engineer Leads to support a large-scale API Greenfield CAPEX project. The role will lead engineering nodes through design, construction, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned engineering systems or nodes within the CAPEX project.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, CQV, and Operations teams.
  • Support design, installation, commissioning, startup, and system turnover.
  • Manage interfaces, risks, schedules, and project deliverables.
  • Ensure GMP, FDA, and quality compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading engineering projects in pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and CAPEX project execution.
  • Experience with greenfield or facility expansion projects.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
HVAC, Utilities, Distribution Systems, Logistics/Warehouse, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Piping.
