Primary Skills:

  • Experience working with construction and building systems projects
  • Experience working with planning, design, execution, and oversight of construction and building systems projects that maximize the value, reliability, and lifecycle performance of facility assets
  • Experience working with all phases of project execution, coordinating internal construction trades, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

  • Responsible for leading the planning, design, execution, and oversight of construction and building systems projects that maximize the value, reliability, and lifecycle performance of facility assets. This role manages the development and implementation of project designs using internal engineering resources, external consulting firms, or design-build delivery methods.
  • The Project Engineer directs all phases of project execution, coordinating internal construction trades, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Accountable for developing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining a strong focus on cost efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting customer expectations, organizational objectives, and all applicable local, state, and federal codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Serves as a key liaison between engineering, operations, contractors, and business partners to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
