Zantech is looking for a talented Senior Project Engineer/Analyst to provide systems engineering support to Special Projects for the PEO IEW&S System or Systems Engineering (SoSE) team, focusing on cross-cutting initiatives and PEO-directed special projects onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
This role will be providing systems engineering services to all projects under federal management, utilizing integrated system solutions through concurrent consideration of development, manufacturing, test and evaluation, verification, deployment, and operations.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
  • Support PEO portfolio training and professional development including monthly Engineering Huddles
  • Provide technical expertise to PEO-wide contracts including authoring PWSs, developing requirements, creating IGCEs
  • Deliver subject matter expertise to challenged programs with regular program status updates to the PEO
  • Provide additional systems engineering oversight to PMs as needed or directed by the PEO
  • Support technical expertise for PEO public affairs artifacts

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
  • Systems engineering
  • technical writing
  • contract development
  • requirements analysis

Preferred Certifications/Education:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Systems Engineering certifications
  • PMP

Required Security Clearance:
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD TS/SCI or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
