Partnerships & Implementation Manager – Financial Institutions (Banks and Credit Unions)

Location: Newburgh, IN

Reports To: Chief Development Officer

First year On Target Earning opportunity 90-120K (Base Salary + Bonus and Residual)

About Evolv
Evolv is a leading payments and commerce enablement platform serving over 20,000 small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. We provide payment processing and merchant services, digital marketing, payroll, accounting services, and business infrastructure through a scalable partner-driven model built around financial institutions, ISOs, ISVs, and associations.

Our platform combines omnichannel payments, fintech solutions, operational support, merchant onboarding, and digital business services into a unified ecosystem designed to help financial institutions deepen commercial relationships and generate non-interest income. Evolv’s proprietary systems and partner enablement infrastructure allow us to scale efficiently while delivering high-touch support to banks, credit unions, and their business clients.

Our Vision
By 2030, Evolv will be the preferred commerce infrastructure partner for community financial institutions, ISOs, and embedded software providers. We are building a scalable platform that combines recurring payments revenue, digital services, and strategic partnerships into a unified growth engine. Evolv’s long-term strategy centers on partner-led distribution, operational consistency, and value-added business services that strengthen merchant retention and profitability.

Primary Objective
Manage bank and credit union partnerships by leading partner onboarding (client onboarding) and implementation (launch/go-live/activation), delivering training and enablement, and driving payments/merchant services growth through ongoing relationship management and production reporting.

Position Summary
The Partnerships & Implementation Manager – Financial Institutions is responsible for partner management and partner success across onboarding (client onboarding), implementation (launch/go-live/activation), training/enablement, and ongoing portfolio growth for community banks and credit unions in Evolv’s financial institution channel.

For new institutions—generally under 15 branches and/or less than $1 billion in assets—the Partnerships & Implementation Manager will be responsible for the business development functions of recruiting and contract negotiation.

  • Manage portfolios and day-to-day relationships with assigned institutions and serve as the primary point of contact post-signature
  • Conduct recurring relationship reviews, production check-ins, and growth planning meetings with bank leadership and branch teams

  • Coordinate branch training schedules and deliver training sessions as needed
  • Ensure all implementation milestones are completed efficiently and professionally

  • Assist bankers with referral conversations, opportunity identification, and merchant engagement strategies
  • Coordinate ongoing product education and rollout training for new solutions

Operational Support & Reporting

  • Utilize MAC (Merchant Application Center) to track onboarding progress, partner activity, merchant referrals, and KPI reporting
  • Coordinate with operations, underwriting, accounting, marketing, and implementation teams to support partner needs
  • Assist with residual reporting explanations and partner commission inquiries
  • Identify and resolve implementation or operational issues in partnership with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and implementation record

Compensation Structure
Compensation structure is flexible and may include a combination of:

  • Relationship growth incentives
  • First year On Target Earning opportunity 90-120K (Base Salary + Bonus and Residual)
