We are looking for a hands-on project leader with strong IC market acumen, a passion project management and execution of full-custom integrated circuit development which includes quality management protocols and best practices. As our Project Manager of IC Development, you should have specific technical expertise in a broad range of process technologies and complex, high-performance circuits with applications such as Neurostimulation, Ultrasound, ROICs, Wireless Transceivers, Energy Harvesting, Sensor Interface and more. Responsibilities
Apply your passion for servant leadership of high-performance silicon realization teams to drive business success and positive company culture with specific responsibilities that include:
  • Serve as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development teams.
  • Lead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget and project metrics. A strong, engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer. Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Represent IC Enable at an executive level in negotiations with suppliers, IP vendors and foundries
  • Set goals for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables for all projects
  • Support quality management continuous improvement activities at the business and team level
  • Continuously grow yourself and your organizationโ€™s performance through proactive thinking on personal, design and technology training
  • Ability to be hands-on and flexible across multiple functional roles from proposal to production supply chain management
  • Manage your organizationโ€™s financial and project objectives as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • BS/MS/PhD in Applicable Field with 3+ years of experience in IC product design, or equivalent
  • Understanding of digital and analog/mixed signal design (digital front end and RF experience is desired)
  • Proven record of technical project leadership success developing integrated circuits
  • Must have thorough understanding of best practices for silicon development tools and processes
  • Strong communication, debugging and analytical skills with complex technical concepts
  • Experience with a variety of manufacturing technologies and design applications preferred
  • Role requires candidate to be approved under ITAR compliance requirements
