Through effective project management, technical guidance, field oversight, and business relationship development, you'll help drive successful project execution while contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the organization.Project Management & Delivery: Lead CMT and Special Inspection projects from start to finish, overseeing budgets, schedules, staffing, and technical direction to ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and applicable IBC standards.Client & Contractor Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients and contractors through meetings and site visits to discuss expectations, monitor project status, and foster strong working relationships throughout the project.Technical Guidance & Team Development: Supervise field inspections, ensure detailed documentation of site activities, and provide guidance to technicians and engineers to support accurate testing, reliable reporting, and compliance with project requirements.Documentation, Proposals & Quality Assurance: Direct the preparation of reports, proposals, technical scopes, and cost estimates while ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.Client Growth & Industry Engagement: Build and strengthen client partnerships, stay active in professional organizations (such as ASCE, AGC, and ACEC), and contribute to business development initiatives that expand local market opportunities and revenue. About You: You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or a similar Engineering fieldYou have a minimum of 4 years of experience in construction materials testing and inspection You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hireCurrent ICC, ACI, and DOT certifications are a plusYou have a strong working knowledge of applicable ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT standards and procedures, and IBC Special Inspections.You have effective verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail.
