What you'll do 
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll have a proven track record in work, You'll work with fellow engineers, environmental scientists, and others. You'll also:  
  • Provide oversight for projects, showcasing your project management skills. 
  • Ensure work quality by leading quality assurance and quality control efforts for junior staff, offering support to engineers and guiding CAD techs in technical design. 
  • Allocate staff and resources across multiple offices.  
  • Lead projects, ensuring they dance to the tune of success - on schedule and on budget using our talented staff and trusted sub-consultants.  
  • Cultivate client relationships through meaningful contacts.  
  • Craft compelling statements of qualifications, proposals, and contracts that reflect our commitment to excellence. 
  • Manage and follow up on invoicing by providing clear explanations for billed items, and follow up on accounts receivable.  
  • Execute our Quality Control program, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with assigned projects and clients. 
  • Seek new projects and bring business opportunities to the firm.  
What it takes 
Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Engineering or a similar degree with appropriate experience. You should have 10 years of experience in Project Management. You should also be a licensed professional engineer. Ideally, you'll also:  
  • Have proven business development and client relationship management skills.  
  • Be a smart worker and a team player. 
  • Be well acquainted with components, construction methods, materials and code requirements.  
  • Develop design and construction plans with an eye for detail. 
  • Use engineering software. 
  • Speak and write well. 
  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
