Multi-Market Lead, Project & Development Services

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for leading, coordinating, and scaling multimarket Project & Development Services (PDS) delivery and pursuits across geographies, sectors, and service lines. The Senior Director serves as the central point of integration between business development, sector leadership, and local market delivery teams to ensure consistent, highquality execution for complex, multilocation clients.
The MultiMarket PDS Lead drives pursuits from origination through close, establishes account governance structures, and oversees ongoing delivery performance across regions. This individual plays a critical role in expanding Cushman & Wakefield's multimarket platform, strengthening national and global client relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the PDS organization.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

MultiMarket Pursuits & Business Development

  • Lead and coordinate multimarket pursuits across regions, partnering with business development, sector leaders, and service lines to identify, qualify, and win complex opportunities.
  • Drive pursuit strategy across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment on scope, pricing, staffing, risk, and delivery approach.
  • Lead RFP responses, presentations, and client interviews for large, complex, multimarket assignments.
  • Collaborate with local market, regional, and account leadership to develop integrated solutions, competitive fee models, and staffing plans.
  • Maintain visibility into multimarket pipeline activity, forecasting potential revenue and conversion performance.
  • Act as a senior clientfacing representative through pursuit close and early engagement phases.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and maintain multi-market specific collateral for quick response requirements and sector specific opportunities.

Account Setup & Governance

  • Establish structured account management frameworks for multimarket and national clients.
  • Develop governance models, communication protocols, escalation paths, and reporting standards across regions and service lines.
  • Stand up and lead account teams, including account managers, regional delivery leaders, and specialty resources.
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery, risk management, and quality assurance regardless of geography.
  • Create feedback loops to track client satisfaction, performance metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Delivery Oversight & Performance Management

  • Identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in execution and drive corrective action.
  • Support escalation and resolution of client or delivery issues across markets. Partner with regional and local PDS leaders to ensure appropriate staffing, execution, and oversight of awarded work.
  • Engage with service line account leads and client relationship owners to ensure delivery alignment and satisfaction for each account. Attend and/or lead client QBR's, representing PDS as the service line lead to drive service expansion.
  • Monitor financial performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction across active multimarket accounts.
  • Ensure alignment between contracted scope, fee structures, and execution across regions.

CrossService Line & Global Coordination

  • Work across service lines to integrate project management, project controls, advisory, and specialty services into unified client solutions.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts where applicable to support international pursuits and accounts.
  • Promote collaboration across sectors, geographies, and service teams to maximize client value.
  • Drive consistency in how PDS services are positioned, marketed, and delivered across the platform.

Scaling the MultiMarket Platform

  • Build and lead a scalable team of account managers and multimarket delivery leaders
  • Network and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop a warm bench of candidates to growth.
  • Develop repeatable processes, tools, and playbooks for multimarket pursuits and account management.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing multimarket and national accounts.
  • Support PDS leadership on strategic initiatives, operating models, and risk mitigation efforts to grow the multimarket platform.
  • Champion best practices, talent development, and knowledge sharing across markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading multimarket or national accounts preferred.
  • Experience working with both occupier and investor clients is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (PMP, LEED, etc.) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, construction management, real estate, or professional services.
  • Strong background in business development, complex pursuits, and client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams across geographies within a matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of project delivery models, staffing strategies, commercial structures, and risk management.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
