Franchise Development Associate is responsible for discovering future franchisees for Tous les Jours

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promoting business development opportunities

  • Contacting potential clients through Cold Calls and emails

  • Presenting our brand to potential clients

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving brand awareness

  • Building long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • Reporting to the Franchise Development Team leader on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and results

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

  • Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant work experience in Franchise Development, Operations or similar field preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.
