Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in opportunities in Boston/Cambridge with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation:
$22.00-$24.00hr *

Responsibilities:
  • Solicit graduates and other constituent groups via phone, email, and in-person
  • Develop a strategic plan to educate and cultivate recent graduates
  • Coordinate all aspects of reunions including committee recruitment and management, class fundraising, and class-specific reunion event needs
  • Serve as the key point of contact between school and committee members
  • Work closely with gift officers who will be managing leadership giving for reunion classes; provide them with class fundraising updates and/or relevant class and reunion planning information
  • Collaborate with and assist Graduate Affairs team with updating social media accounts on a regular basis
  • Attend all events and assist with planning as needed
  • Prepare acknowledgment and pledge letters
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in fundraising preferred
  • Database management experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability effectively handling multiple projects with extreme attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity
  • A passion for education and a commitment to serving a diverse student population
  • Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends
