Job Title:Program Delivery Manager - Supply Chain Consulting
Location: USA - Remote
Contract: Full-time, permanent (Occasional travel may be required based on client and business needs, typically less than 10%)
About the Role:
At BSI, we help organizations build resilience, improve performance, and navigate complex global challenges. As a Program Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Supply Chain Consulting engagements through effective resource planning, project mobilization, delivery governance, and operational problem-solving.
Working closely with Practice Directors, consultants, technical specialists, regional teams, and external partners, you will help ensure projects are staffed, mobilized, and delivered efficiently while driving continuous improvement across delivery operations.
What you will do:
Resource Planning & Mobilization
  • Coordinate resource requests across consulting engagements.
  • Match project requirements with available skills, certifications, locations, and capacity.
  • Maintain visibility of delivery demand, resource gaps, and mobilization risks.
  • Support rapid mobilization of priority client engagements.

Delivery Operations & Governance
  • Develop mobilization plans, project schedules, and dependency trackers.
  • Apply project management disciplines including risk, issue, and action tracking.
  • Monitor project health, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Prepare updates and reporting for leadership and governance forums.

Operational Problem Solving
  • Resolve delivery challenges such as resource conflicts, scheduling issues, and project dependencies.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across consulting teams, operations, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, planning, and delivery efficiency.

Continuous Improvement
  • Support development of resource planning tools, skills inventories, and delivery best practices.
  • Identify capability gaps and opportunities to strengthen delivery operations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of BSI's Global Delivery & Operations capability.

What You'll Bring:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project delivery, program management, consulting operations, service delivery, or resource management.
  • Strong project governance, resource planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel, and project planning tools.

Preferred
  • Experience in supply chain, sustainability, risk, assurance, audit, or consulting environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
  • Experience with dashboards, capacity planning, reporting, or resource management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that enhance planning and operational efficiency.

The base annual salary for a Supply Chain Risk Consultant can range from $102,000 to $127,500 annually.
