Job Description

The Service delivery manager is responsible for coordinating, managing & delivering/fulfilling very high complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-geography/international projects

Responsible for overall customer satisfaction

He / She is expected to establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.

Should mentor / guide the technical teams

Responsible for coordination and collaboration across teams and ensure seamless communication

Strong leadership capacity to influence and manage teams (multi-cultural)

Excellent communication and articulation skills

Responsible for project governance and the key project KPIs/ SLAs that has been agreed with the customer

Responsible for driving Service Improvement initiatives resulting in cost effectiveness

Atleast 12 - 15 years of experience and should have experience in managing big projects
