Job description

Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Manager

Location:

Irving, TX

Duration:

8Months+ Extension

Hourly Rate:

Depending on Experience (DOE)

Work Authorization:

To succeed in that role at Enactor, the following are typically expected:

  • Experience : 7+ years (or more) in project /delivery management roles, working with software teams.
  • Technical understanding : Enough to talk architecture, integrations, APIs, system component interactions. Not necessarily coding, but ability to understand tradeoffs.
  • Retail / Store Systems Domain Knowledge : Understanding of POS, loyalty, inventory, omnichannel flows, etc.
  • Communication & Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, resolve conflicts.
  • Change & Risk Management : Handle scope creep, identify risks and mitigation, handle change requests.
  • Client Focus / Relationship Management : Build trust, deliver value, manage post-delivery phases.
