Job description

Rohadfox Construction Control Services is seeking a Project Cost Control Manager to support their ongoing Airport expansion and upgrade projects at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. This person must be previously experienced, in engineering and construction preferably for the Transportation industry. Local applicants are preferred but will consider relocation assistance for the right person who fits the job requirements.

Job Overview:

The Project Cost Manager develops, implements, and maintains cost controls, and / or provides planning / scheduling functions on one or more large-sized projects. This professional utilizes technical expertise, and Program policies and procedures, to complete complicated tasks independently.

Requirements Include:

  • University degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience. Cost control certifications, such as CCP, are a plus.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related Project Controls / Cost Controls experience
  • Experience performing cost controls functions for Rail / Transit projects is preferred.
  • Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field
  • Requires high degree of precision.
  • Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
