About the Position

Join a family-owned commercial construction company in Corpus Christi working on retail, office, and educational construction projects across South Texas. Complete Construction Services is looking for a motivated Estimator / Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to support both preconstruction estimating and project management.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in both bidding projects and helping manage them through construction.


Key Responsibilities

Estimating / Preconstruction

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project manuals
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimating
  • Utilize cloud-based estimating software
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
  • Assist in preparing bid proposals and project budgets

Project Coordination

  • Manage and track product data submittals and shop drawings
  • Track RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Assist project managers with procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain organized project files and construction documentation
  • Support scheduling and project communication between office and field teams


Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial construction estimating, project coordination, or project engineering
