Position Summary

Catapult is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of technology and strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating projects, tracking milestones, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain aligned with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

Project Coordination & Management

  • Assist with planning, executing, and closing organizational projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Support resource allocation and budget tracking activities.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain organized project records and documentation within SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and version control of project materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and recommend best practices.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor project outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational standards, policies, and branding.
  • Stay current on project management methodologies, tools, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting technology, operational, or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration technologies.
