Flynn Edmonton is looking for aย  Project Coordinator to join our team!The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager.ย

A Day in the Lifeย 

  • Work closely with the Project Manager, coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment.ย 

  • Organize and coordinate submittalsย 

  • Review and monitor schedules and quality controlย 

  • Review all contracts and accepted quotationsย 

  • Write up purchase ordersย 

  • Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffsย 

  • Attend team meetingsย 

  • Assist production with preparing pricesย 

What We Are Seekingย 

  • Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educationalย 

  • field, or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environmentย 

  • Previous experience in Glazing or Metals Coordination would be an asset.ย 

  • Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Projectย 

  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilitiesย 

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environmentย 

  • Strong blueprint reading skillsย
