Job description

Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) Project Services team is currently seeking a Project Coordinator. This role is HYBRID (3 days in office, 2 days from home) based out of Raleigh, NC.
You will support simple to complex projects by managing order fulfillment, procurement, logistics, invoicing, project financial administration, reporting, and customer communications. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate data management, efficient project execution, and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $69,000 - $101,000 a year.

What you'll do:
  • Support the execution of equipment-only and turnkey projects for government and commercial data center customers.
  • Manage customer orders throughout the project lifecycle, including order entry, tracking, changes, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate procurement, logistics, shipments, and scheduling activities to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
  • Track project costs, process invoices, and maintain accurate accounts receivable/payable records and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and system data, manage RMAs and freight claims, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, project administration, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, or financial/project support activities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Eaton will not consider applicants requiring employment sponsorship for this position.
  • No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating projects and resources
  • Microsoft Office Suite w/ high level functionalities with Excel
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Vista, Markview, and Bid Manager
