Shape schedules that shape infrastructure

Picture your first month: you’re partnering with Project Originators, Developers, Early-Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers to stand up an integrated master schedule for a diverse slate of engineering and construction initiatives. You’re the person who aligns development milestones with engineering deliverables and construction sequencing—making sure every dependency is mapped, every risk is surfaced, and every stakeholder understands the plan.

What you’ll do
  • Own the creation and progress tracking of detailed Primavera P6 schedules, from early development through construction and closeout.
  • Guide and mentor schedulers; coordinate timelines across internal teams and external partners to keep multi-party efforts synchronized.
  • Deliver clear monthly reports that compare baseline plans to actuals, highlighting variances and trends.
  • Conduct CPM analysis, apply resource and cost loading, and perform manpower analytics to validate feasibility and forecast needs.
  • Assess schedule updates, quantify impacts, and help craft recovery plans to protect critical milestones.
  • Facilitate schedule review sessions to ensure shared understanding of scope, constraints, and priorities.
  • Provide leadership with transparent status, variance explanations, and risk visibility.
  • Drive process improvements that elevate schedule accuracy and overall project execution.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
