Job description

Purpose andImpact:Amentum/Secure Networkingisseeking aProject Control Manager (PCM)whowill oversee the Wireless Intrusion Detection installation phase of the Skywalker program. The PCM will coordinate installation teams, Site Surveys, and integration efforts with multiple functional wings of the Program. The PCM willassistin the development and approval ofBills of Materials (BOM)overseeselection, coordinate travel and security requests of installation teams, review and approve site survey reports and proposed technicaldrawings, andapprove andsubmitinstallation reports to Customer points of contact. As such,candidateswill be required to have multiple years of experience managing personnel and a firm knowledge of electrical engineering, fiber installation, and SCIF penetration regulations,and direct experience installing WIDS systems in various DOD and/or IC environments, includingexperience designing Wireless Intrusion Detection systems and preparing Computer-Aided Drawings (CAD) system layouts.

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday,8 am-5 pm.

EssentialResponsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all WIDS installation activities.

  • Coordinate installation teams, Site Leads, engineering personnel, and customer stakeholders.

  • Manage installation schedules, deployment priorities, and resource allocation.

  • Review and approve site survey reports, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.

  • Develop and approve Bills of Materials (BOMs) supporting installation activities.

  • Coordinate personnel travel, security requests, and site access requirements.

  • Ensure installationscomply withengineering standards, SCIF regulations, and customer requirements.

  • Monitor installation progress, resolve technical and logistical issues, and provide status updates to Program Management.

  • Support continuous improvement of installation processes and deployment quality.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:Office Setting, but may berequiredto install sensors and wiring, which requires climbing ladders andlifting upto 20 lbs.

MinimumRequirements(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Working/active knowledge of Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems and TSCM capabilities.

  • Knowledge of WIDS deployment and installation.

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, fiber optic installation, and SCIF penetration requirements.

  • Experience reviewing CAD drawings and technical installation documentation.

  • Experience developing BOMs for technical deployments.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholdergroups.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

SecurityClearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly

Minimum Education:Bachelor'sDegreeor equivalent experience.

Minimum Years of Experience:

  • Five (5)years managing technical installation projects or engineering teams.

  • Two (2) years of experience installing or designing WIDS solutions within DoD and/or Intelligence Community environments.

Required Certifications:

Preferred Qualifications:Current CISSP certification.

Compensation Details:

$152,000-$172,000
