This role will provide project controls, financial management, cost/schedule analysis, and programmatic support to ensure programs meet contractual, budgetary, and performance objectives.
Responsibilities

  • Manage project control activities supporting government programs and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, funding profiles, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Track costs, commitments, funding, and expenditures against program budgets.
  • Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations to program leadership.
  • Develop and maintain EAC/ETC forecasts and support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
  • Support Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program milestones, and resource planning.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and programmatic reports.
  • Monitor contract funding, deliverables, milestones, and contractual commitments.
  • Support contract modifications, funding actions, program reviews, and audits.
  • Coordinate with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, technical teams, and government stakeholders.
  • Identify financial and programmatic risks and support mitigation efforts.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Program Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project controls, program controls, financial management, or program management experience in government contracting.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance w/ polygraph
  • Experience supporting an MPO, DoD, or Intelligence Community program.
  • Experience with EAC/ETC, IMS, and IBRs.
  • Experience with Costpoint, Unanet, or similar financial systems.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government contract requirements.
  • PMP or other relevant certification.

Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000
