For Project Manager services in the Capital Projects area.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical are preferred) with at least five (5) years of exposure in project management life cycle within the regulated industry.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English.)
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Experience in:
    • Process Engineering Projects
    • Project Management skills.
    • All project stages: developing documentation to request a quote, generating reports and leading.

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in order to accomplished within defined scope, time, and cost constraints.
  • Document reviews. Analysis of existing equipment, systems, and utility requirements.
  • Engineering plan/proposals for equipment replacement and infrastructure improvement design engineering.
  • Onsite project execution support. Capital Work in Progress Tracking.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workplace and the implementation area, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Generation and Control of Documentation process.
  • Prepare cost estimates for projects.
  • Prepare all required documentation for formal bidding process.
  • Participate in the evaluation of engineering alternatives.
  • Participate in the evaluation of project bids.
  • Prepare project schedules.
  • Coordinate all project activities with contractors.
  • Comply with all Company Environmental, Safety, Security and Quality requirements.
  • Identify technical problems and recommend solutions.
  • Lead implementation of capital projects as assigned.
  • Lead equipment and/or process project from definition, design and implementation through startup of plant operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workplace in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Lead or Support applicable C&Q cycle by project.
  • Coordinates and assists the procurement of necessary capital equipment.
  • Be the PM's single point of contact.
  • Lead the project distributions and resources activities.
  • Justify capital project and expenses.
  • Prepare cost estimates for projects.
