Position: Project Controls Scheduler – Pharma Large Capital Projects

Location: Waukegan, IL 60087 | onsite

Duration: 12-36 months


This is a long term position onsite, with full benefits


You must have Pharmaceutical, Biologics or API manufacturing industry experience.


I am looking for a Project Controls Scheduler professional with experience supporting pharmaceutical, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, biologics, or regulated manufacturing facility expansion projects.


The ideal candidates will have experience:


  • Maintaining MS Project schedules
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinating engineering and construction activities
  • Supporting facility expansions and capital projects
  • Working cross functionally with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, API, life sciences, EPC, engineering consulting, or construction project environments highly preferred.
