How you will contribute:

As an experienced Controls Project Manager you will manage the day to day controls owner direct and construction projects throughout Wisconsin. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate estimates and proper turnover of the project. You will utilize Ahern's booking system to book the project and all change orders. You will maintain inventory and stock of controls supplies and order necessary materials for controls projects. Showcase your ability to have a positive impact on the financial performance of your projects while having full financial responsibility your controls projects. You will play a lead role in customer interactions to ensure the proper execution of the project and overall customer satisfaction.You will be responsible for managing the schedule internally with the appropriate controls resources to ensure project timelines are achieved. You will also have direct reports from the field. This is an exciting position that provides great variety with customers throughout the state of Wisconsin.

What you need to qualify:

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, combined with 3+ years of controls project management experience in a fast paced work environment. Working knowledge of controls systems and components is required. Proficiency in Visio is a plus. Knowledge of Niagara/Tridium and/or controls estimation is a plus.
