Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising.
Comcast Advertising Media Solutions is seeking a strategic and creative Sales Marketing Specialist to help create and deliver compelling go-to-market narratives and high-impact sales enablement tools. This role plays a critical part in driving advertising revenue by developing scalable, one-to-many marketing solutions that support multiple lines of business, including market retail, large agency, enterprise, automotive, and political.
The ideal candidate is a creative, forward-thinking marketer with a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of industry trends, and the ability to translate complex offerings into clear, persuasive messaging. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales, and internal stakeholders including Brand, Product Marketing, Product, Insights, Inventory, and Strategy & Partnerships, to craft value-driven narratives and marketing campaigns aligned with business growth and revenue priorities.

Job Description

  • Develop sales narratives, capabilities presentations, one-sheets, video content, and enablement resources equip sales teams to effectively position Comcast Advertising solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for key solutions, customer segments, industry verticals, and growth initiatives to drive new and incremental revenue.
  • Conduct ongoing industry, competitive, and marketplace research to identify emerging trends, shifts in advertiser needs, and opportunities that strengthen Comcast Advertising's positioning.
  • Maintain a library of industry intelligence reports, client-specific insights, and thought leadership materials.
  • Translate complex research findings into clear, engaging content for sales narratives.
  • Create and manage sales marketing resources across the organization, aligning priorities with local, regional and enterprise Sales and Sales Development leaders.
  • Continuously solicit and incorporate feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies and narratives in response to evolving customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration in developing sales marketing resources in partnership with sales, insights, product marketing, brand, marketing & platform sponsorships, and legal.
  • Implement project management best practices to drive speed to market with high-quality execution.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Illinois, and Massachusetts with a Pay Range of $63,405.36 - $109,374.25Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
