- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
- Prepare, review, and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays, budget variances, or quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, permits, and company policies.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to project specifications.
