Job description

Our client has a world-class manufacturing facility and is a fast-growing leader in packaging.
They offer their customers the wealth of knowledge and technical expertise gained from our 35 years of operations in the packaging industry through affiliates worldwide.
They are starting a world-class converting division and want to build a world-class sales team to sell and market their products.
Some of what you'll do in this role include:
  • Develop contact with potential customers by cold calling in person, by phone, emailing and scheduling meetings in person
  • Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly and professional reputation in the industry
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's goals
  • Represent the organization in civic and professional associations, trade shows and training seminars

Some of what we're looking for:
  • Lives by high values of integrity and honesty Is open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative (experience in the print and packaging industry is greatly preferred)
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent is a preferred qualification for this role

An excellent base salary includes uncapped commissions, a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits program.
