Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters. This position will be at our Milwaukee site 2-3 days per week, with the option to work from home the remainder of the week.

Our high-tech operations include an on-site bakery producing best-in-class crusts, advanced robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving operation. Our creative and marketing teams work closely with product development and operations to bring new ideas and brands to life.

What you’ll do…

Combine creative design expertise with project management discipline to bring brand and packaging concepts to life.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to execute creative projects that support product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and producing packaging, print, and digital assets that support Palermo’s portfolio of brands
  • Managing creative project timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams
  • Ensuring creative work aligns with brand standards and consumer engagement goals
  • Partnering with marketing and product teams to translate strategy into compelling visual communication
  • Collaborating with external vendors including printers, photographers, and agencies
  • Maintaining awareness of design trends, packaging innovation, and consumer insights
  • Travel up to 15-20 days per year
