Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a utility-scale solar PV project located in Texas.

The Site Manager will serve as EOSOL's primary on-site representative and liaison with the EPC contractor. This position is focused on project oversight, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as EOSOL's primary representative on-site.
  • Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual obligations.
  • Observe and document construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities.
  • Verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Identify potential project risks, delays, or quality concerns and communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Attend construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
  • Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
  • Review project documentation, schedules, RFIs, and technical submittals.
  • Support project turnover, punch-list tracking, and closeโ€‘out activities.
  • Maintain effective communication between EOSOL, the client, and project stakeholders.
